Slideshows

Here at DJ Quist, we take in pride in being able to deliver one of the most beneficial additions to a wedding reception, a high quality and professional looking slideshow.

Imagine that it's your wedding day and your guests are beginning to finish their meal. Most people would expect to sit around for a while and talk to other people on their table or catch up with distant relatives. But that isn't what happens, instead the lights dim, the projector screen lights up for the whole room to see, and your guests are shown dozens of great pictures of you and your new spouse growing up and falling in love. At the end of the night, you are presented with five DVDs of the full slideshow.

How does this happen? Here's how:

1. We scan the pictures, or you do.
There are always going to be pictures that will need to be scanned in the computer for use in the slideshow. It is best if our high quality scanner is used, but other scanners can be acceptable too. These details are worked out in booking process.

2. Assembly of the slideshow.
Once we recieve the pictures, we get to work right away on assembling the slideshow itself. A standard format is generally followed, but customization is always encouraged.

3. Approval by you.
About a month before the wedding, we will send you a copy of the draft slideshow to get your approval. Once we make sure that you are satisfied, we will complete the final production stages.

4. Showing the slideshow.
On your wedding night, usually between dinner and the dance, we will show the slideshow to your guests on a massive 100 inch screen! Your guests will walk out that night talking about the wonderful slideshow they saw.

5. Delivery of the final product.
Five full copies of the completed DVD slideshow will be presented to you on the night of your event. Each comes in a personalized DVD case, with more available for order.

6. Other Information
The slideshow details are always worked out during the booking process and depend differently on each couple. If there are any questions that you have, please feel free to contact us.
